There are always two sides to a coin, politics is never black and white, there are always uncharted territories, different opinions that can be valid on both sides of the arguments. Political correctness leads to division and polarisation. Such as this washed-down Marxist view of ”equality”, which is really just an equality of outcome, which de facto nullifies equality of opportunity, and hence also eliminates meritocracy. These ideologies all serve the same purpose, to pit people against each other: children against their parents, wives against husbands, blacks vs whites, people against their very own nation, and even against their own same gender and/or race. The affected individuals also lose completely the ability to reason logically, and refute even the most blatant, evident, data that confirms their narrative to be completely wrong. This mental exercise of complete denial, and silently continuing to lie in order to conform to these bully-ideas, builds an individual who must use double standards and avoid the truth… else the very core of his being would be shattered.
This is a problem, because it also means the process is not reversible. We can hope for future generation, but the bad seed is already planted in academia, the roots of which we can trace back all the way to the 1920, with ”intellectuals” such as Gramsci, and the related clear influences from the Bolsheviks, from which these ideologies stem from.
Political Correctness is just the latest in a long line of codes or ‘pseudo-theologies’ that use high minded rhetoric to actually defend, promote, preserve and expand the privileges and wealth of the already privileged and wealthy.
